Policies
- All rates subject to 6% state sales tax & 1.1% County room tax

- Guests in the Main House will be served breakfast in the Guest House
- For more than 2 persons per room, an extra $20 per person will be added

- No reservations for more than 4 people in any room
- Ice is available in the upper lobby of the Guest House and in snack room of the main house
- Breakfast will be served Christmas and Easter, but no maid service
- Please, no calls for reservations after 10:00 pm
- To make a reservation, a credit card number or a 25% deposit per night is required. Call toll-free 1-877-367-7783.
- Cancellations must be made no less than 7 days prior to the reservation date. A charge of 25% of stay per night will be entered on your credit card if the cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to your reservation date. If the room can be re-rented no charge would occur, or if deposit, it would be refunded. If notice of cancellation is less than 24 hours or if no notice of cancellation is given, there will be an automatic charge of full price.
- If there is anything damaged or missing in the room and not reported at time of checkout there will be a penalty charge to your credit card.
